Our Policies

FIRST-PAID FIRST-SERVED BASIS.
A 50% DOWNPAYMENT should be made first before we start your design. You can pay in FULL either.
NO REFUND if we have already made your theme package and you suddenly backed out.
Check our CALENDAR to see the dates of when you will be receiving your theme package.
You can get the whole theme package after paying the remaining 50% payment.

Availing Our Service Process

I. INITIAL STEP

INQUIRE TO US by just filling in the form below.
As soon as we get your inquiry, we will give you the ONLINE RESERVATION FORM link and fill it out correctly.
Wait for our confirmation email allowing us to schedule and make your desired theme package.
Prepare and pay the 50% DOWNPAYMENT as we give you the payment methods indicated in the confirmation email.

II. ALMOST THERE

Once paid, we will immediately alot a schedule for your theme package to be created. Please note this is a FIRST-PAID FIRST-SERVED BASIS. PLEASE ALLOW THE DESIGNER to finish the theme package 3 to 4 days depending on project bulk.
We will show you the preview design first before submitting the package theme incase you need want any changes. The designer would love to work it for you as your DREAM design.

III. SIP A CUP OF COFFEE

After paying the other half, we will send the whole theme package along with the instructions.
